When I saw the spoon people (puppets?) by Elisabeth Dunker of Fine Little Day, I dropped everything and went to the thrift store to hunt for cool wooden spoons. Then I added the spoons to one of my piles of projects that will get donated back to a thrift store when I die.
Then...after a while...I picked one up....the one with the weird tines at one end and a not-very-spoony spoon end. And now the world has Howard. Say hello, Howard.
He wears cutoffs and tube socks and waxes his chest.
And speaking of Fine Little Day, I want one of Elizabeth's drop trays so bad I can taste it.

I'm dying! That spoon is so funny. Well done, lady.

ReplyDeletethat spoon is hilarious! I LOVE giving personalities and names to inanimate objects. (also, this reminds me of the party I threw for my daughter's fourth birthday. wooden spoon puppets and puppet show!)
